HOW IT WORKS

Refunds: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges or Store Credit: After those first 15 days, you still have up to 45 days from delivery to method, either exchange your item, or return it for store credit instead.

Store credits are issued as non-expiring e-gift cards, redeemable only at www.boggbag.com.

Once you start your return or exchange, you’ll receive a return label and packing slip via email. Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by Bogg Bag, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 1–2 weeks for us to process your return once it’s received.

If your order arrives damaged or something’s missing, rather than initiating a return or exchange please contact our support team so we can help make it right. We may require photos of damaged items before approving a refund or exchange. For clarity, this only applies to items that were already damaged upon delivery to you.
